Brief History	From 1988 until 1992, Anglicare ran an Emergency Foster Care scheme. In 1992, Teenshare [see entry] took over from it. In 1991, Anglicare was “made responsible for the Temporary Foster Care (TFC) Service to young people over the age of 14 and their families.” (Annual Report of the Department for Community Services, June 30th 1991).
Records	Departmental case records for young people placed in Anglicare programs by the Department may reside with the Department for Child Protection. Anglicare holds referral forms, some case notes and carer files.
